This artist became widely known in 1993 with her temporary installation, Dö för dig/ Dye for you. It involved the installation of a 120 year old oak tree hanging upside down over the busy street of Drottninggatan in central Stockholm. These days there are number of public artworks by the artist permanently installed around the country. In Gothenburg, for example, the memorial to Raoul Wallenberg is a large-scale installation in concrete and bronze, inaugurated in 2007. She is regarded as one of Sweden's most important contemporary artists. This exhibition offers a comprehensive overview of her work, spanning sculpture, film and photography.
