Three prominent Norwegian artists exhibit their works together in this show. Three tapestries from the 1970s by Jan Groth, two recent paintings by Fredrik Værslev and one new work by Matias Faldbakken, in the form of a VHS tape measure. The works on display are large and impressive in their own right, and presented in this way, they interact, creating a tangible dynamic. The younger artists, Værslev and Faldbakken, who were born in 1979 and 1973, both refers to their older colleague Groth, born in 1938, as a great source of inspiration and a vital influence. A fine and intriguing three-man show.
