Vilma Ideberg

My name is Vilma Ideberg and I’m a 22 year old art student from Stockholm Sweden. I am currently studying at preparatory art school, Idun Lovén in Stockholm. I work largely with the theme of memory and it’s existence outside of space and time. what happens to a memory when it gets brought out of the imaginary realm and in to the physical world? How do different materials and techniques portray different aspects of a memory? As a part of my process I ask myself what components make up an experience. Is it the sense of heaviness in your body, the vision of overexposed sunlight on another persons face or the experience of time passing slowly or maybe quickly?
