The Equation of Time and Space, 2017 - 2019
Mixed media – planetary motion, wood, tape, photography (documentation)
Physics describe time as being attached to a particular place, in other words this suggests that there is no such thing as a “now” moment for several places at once, each place is attached to its own time.
This project approaches time from a site-specific point of view. Sculptural arrangements are created in a spontaneous manner in the public space. Shadows become a material in the arrangements and form a three-dimensional image which only happens once at a particular moment and place.
