Leonel Cunha

Leonel Cunha (Vila do Conde, 1968) graduated in Plastic Arts - Painting (1995) by FBAUP Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, having received a scholarship by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in 1994/95. A post-graduate in Multimedia Technology (2005) by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto he concludes, in 2012, the Masters in Painting of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. He is, since 2009, an assistant professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (IPP). His work is represented, amongst numerous private collections, in the Benetton Foundation, the Cultural Centre of Málaga, the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, the Nacional Association of Young Entrepreneurs, the Commercial Bank of Macau, the City Chamber of Póvoa de Varzim and the City Chamber of Maia.
